Morello designed and manufactured an electric heavy duty platform trolley<\/strong> to transport heavy al long materials inside a shipyard.
\nThis battery powered trolley<\/a><\/strong> is studied to transport loads over 12 meters long all around the shipyard plant as indoor as outdoor.
\nDue to its big diameter wheels in hard rubber this electric heavy duty platform trolley<\/strong> has no problem to move on asphalt and of course it is also perfect to travel on concrete and resin floors.
\nIt is environmental friendly since it is powered by a battery; that\u2019s why it can work even indoor without any restriction.
\nMorello can use different kind of batteries according to customer needs. To decrease the recharging time and to have longer battery life it is possible to equip a Lithium battery; if the price is the choice driver than a standard lead-acid and gel battery are a good solution.
\nTo reduce battery consumption it is equipped with electric motors that regenerate energy during braking.
\nThis battery heavy duty platform trolley<\/strong> can be controlled by a wired pendant panel and, on request, by a wireless remote controller in order to allow a completely freedom of movement to the operator.
\nThis trolley is quite big and to guarantee safety of the other workers there are n\u00b02 sensitive bumpers (one front and one rear) that safely stop the platform trolley in case of collision with a person or an object.
\nThe loading platform is covered with removable hard wood to protect the transported load from scratches.
