Morello Company delivered to Angola a battery powered transport platform<\/strong> suitable to transport material up to 20 tons inside a painting room.
\nThis transport platform<\/strong>, as all handling equipment that Morello supply, is designed and manufactured in Italy at Morello workshop, in Turin.
\nIt is designed to lift the load positioned on some supports, to bring it inside the painting room, lie it down on other supports and go out from the room.
\nIndeed, this battery powered platform has the self-lifting feature; its loading deck can be lifted by 200 mm thanks to some hydraulic cylinders placed inside the frame.
\nSince it has to work inside a painting room, this transport platform<\/strong> is completely protected by suitable rubber, steel and glass cover all around its perimeter.
\nFurthermore it is equipped with rubber wheels sized in order to allow the trolley to travel on grating floor even with full load.
\nAnother important feature of this trolley driven by AC electric motors is its very small turning radius. Indeed, the front wheels can turn by 90\u00b0 in both direction, so the trolley can turn around the rear axle centre, ensuring a very small turning radius.
\nThis electric transport platform<\/strong> can be controlled by a remote controller with a potentiometric joystick that allows a very smooth acceleration and a complete speed control.
\nOn board of the trolley is mounted a color LCD panel that shows information about the diagnostic of the vehicle, very useful to the operator.
\nIt is important to highlight how Morello trolleys always become one of the most important and critical machines inside a manufacturing plant. Indeed, they\u2019re usually bought for a specific job and, as soon as the operators start to use them, they understand their high flexibility to handle materials around the plant and begin to use them always more often for a lot of different jobs, decreasing material handling time and indirect working\u2019s hours.
